My first time there. I had the brisket sandwich. My daughters had the pull pork sandwich and an order of bbq spicy wings. Every thing was on point. Brisket tender, the way its supposed to be. Wings cooked and seasoned well. My daughter finished the pull pork sandwich before I got a chance to taste it 😆 🤣 😂 . A must try!!!

Brisket plate and meatloaf plate were both huge portions. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Semprenadas (not pictured) are a BBQ take on empanadas and SO GOOD. Highly recommend the Brisket Mac n Cheese Semprenada.

Food is out of the world! It’s impossible to find good BBQ place on Long Island, Sempre Fame is the best restaurant you can have! Take out or grab a seat the atmosphere is unmatched and the owner and staff are amazing people! This restaurant is not only doing the right thing in the kitchen but the efforts they put back into the community is outstanding! You’ll never support a better business than here! Staff were extremely welcoming. It was my cousins first time in NYC and i took them here for the first time. Let me tell you the food was amazing. I ordered ribs, brisket, and chicken breast. I was really impressed with the chicken breast because of how juicy it was. I honestly was expecting dry meat because of the breast. Love the hospitality here and John the owner was very informative. Thank you John for such creating such a memorable experience for my cousins. Will definitely be back again🙌🏻

I had an incredible experience at Sempre Fame BBQ. The food was absolutely amazing — the brisket, pulled pork, and pastrami were all packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Even the sides were unforgettable; the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, and the mashed sweet potato was the perfect balance of sweet and savory. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the owner, John. He has a fantastic sense of humor and a warm, welcoming personality that immediately makes you feel like family. On top of that, he’s deeply involved in the community and has organized funding for Down syndrome support — a genuinely admirable effort that shows his heart is as big as his portions. What a great man and an even greater restaurant. I can’t wait to come back!
